Implemented fall protection measures by installing and using safety harnesses and yo-yo lanyards, coordinated crane operations for personnel baskets and material placement, and performed demolition of the existing concrete deck in compliance with safety standards. Assisted with transporting, rigging, and installing I-beams to support the false deck, securing 8" x 8" beams with cable systems before installing plywood sheathing and 4" x 6" timber. Fabricated and placed rebar to engineering specifications, then supported concrete pouring operations, which were completed in two separate phases to ensure proper curing and structural integrity. Maintained continuous operation of five industrial blowers to provide ventilation and control fumes from nearby smelting activity, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
